SKINCARE FAVOURITES | LOVEMEBEAUTY

Hey guys!

So recently I have been OBSESSED with skincare products, my bank balance isn't happy but my face sure is. I used to stick to a pretty basic skincare routine but noticed that my skin still broke out and I still had patches of dry skin here and there that just wouldn't budge. After some research I found out about the magical world of skincare! Face oils, serums, special cleansers and masks - I used to think it was all nonsense but now I live by my skincare routine. It keeps my skin looking fresh and healthy and makes my makeup look amazing on.

So naturally when I fell head first into the rabbit hole of skincare (I need to work on better examples) I ended up spending a fortune. Like I said earlier, happy face but not so happy purse! I don't mind splurging here and there when it comes to my skin but I needed to be reigned back.

Which brings us to todays post, recently I've been having quite the love affair with Lovemebeauty. It's affordable and lets you choose which products you want to try out each month (naturally I want everything lol). Picking out my choice of amazing skincare products every month has become my new favourite thing! And I thought since I'll be trying out new things every month why don't I keep you guys updated with my skincare finds with reviews and favourites. So lets begin the skincare favourites!

Okay so number one has to be the Caudalie Make-up Removing Cleansing Oil, this stuff is the bees knees at makeup removing. I have pretty dry skin so having an oil based make-up remover in my skincare routine is a must! This light oil breaks down all makeup and leaves your skin soft and glowing, it works wonders on the skin and it's a miracle worker when it comes to waterproof mascara and stubborn eyelash glue.

Number two is Rodial's Stemcell Super-Food Cleanser, it's a 2-in-1 cleanser and mask which is perfect for dehydrated skin. So far I've been using this as a mask and it has been keeping my skin hydrated and bright.

Number three is the Malin + Goetz Clarifying Clay Mask which is for all skin types. This clay mask has little exfoliating beads so once you've let it dry you can gently massage it off with warm water to not only clean but also exfoliate the skin. This definitely helps tighten my pores, dry up spots and gets rid of any dry patches on my skin.

Number four and five are Rodial's Stemcell Super-Food Glam Balm Multi (left) and Rodial's Dragon's Blood Hyaluronic Moisturiser.

Rodial Stemcell Super-Food Glam Balm Multi starts out a little thick but then melts into the skin and leaves it with a lovely silky finish. This stuff is magical when it comes to applying makeup, it goes on like silk!

Rodial Dragon's Blood Hyaluronic Moisturiser is a thick cream which I love using as a night cream.

Number six and seven are Caudalie's Devine Oil for face, body and hair (left) and Caudalie Vinoperfect Serum (right).

This is actually my second bottle of the Caudalie Devine Oil, I loved it so much that when I saw it on Lovemebeauty I just had to have it again. It's a mix of grape, hibiscus, sesame and argan oil and it smells absolutely devine (haha).

Last I have Caudalie Vinoperfect Serum for complexion correction. This serum has a lightweight almost milk like texture, super smooth and silky. I usually pat this onto my skin just before my moisturiser and it works a treat!

That's all for my current skincare faves, I'll try to do these more often to keep you guys updated! I'll be doing a full skincare routine on my youtube channel (saimastyleslike) very soon so keep your eyes peeled for that.

Hope you guys enjoyed this post!
